Anchovies Canapes with Egg Whites



Bread. Butter. Yolks two hard-boiled eggs. 2 anchovies. Olive oil. Whites of two hard-boiled eggs.

Preparation mode:

Cut a few squares of sliced bread without crust and fry in butter.

With the yolks of two hard-boiled eggs and two desalted anchovies and without bone, make a paste, adding a little butter and a few drops of olive oil.

Once finished, it is placed on the fried pieces of bread, and on top of these the whites of the well-carved hard-boiled eggs are sprinkled.
