Egg Yolk Pudding with Cinnamon
6 egg yolks. 200 grams of powdered sugar. 1 lemon, the peel. 250 milliliters of whole cow’s milk. 1 cinnamon stick. Liquid candy.
Mix the yolks with the sugar, add the cold, boiled milk, with the cinnamon and the lemon. Pour the mixture into a container for puddings, the bottom of which will be prepared with caramelized sugar, and cook in a bain-marie. When cold, turn the mold over in the source.
