Chocolate Ice Cream for Thermomix

 

Ingredients:

4 fresh eggs. 1 kilo of liquid cream. 1 tablet of chocolate to melt. 300 grams of sugar. 200 grams of powdered milk.

Preparation mode:

Blend the sugar and chocolate at speed 5-10 progressively.

Add the powdered milk and fresh eggs. Program 6 minutes, 90ยบ, speed 5.

When the time is up, beat for a few seconds without temperature.

Add the liquid cream and mix for a few seconds at speeds 5-10.

It is poured into a container and left in the freezer until done.
