Golden Apple Compote with Lemon
1 kilo of golden apples. 1 liter of tap water. 800 grams of syrup. Juice of half a yellow lemon.
In a kitchen container, cut the golden apples into two parts and remove the hearts and seeds they have.
We still have to peel the apples very well and reserve them.
In a large kitchen pot we put the running water, the syrup, the golden apples and the juice of half a squeezed yellow lemon.
We cook everything little by little over medium heat until we see that the apples are ready and ready to put them in watered jars with the syrup.
