Snails with Serrano Ham
Snails, all you want. Water. Chopped onion. Green or red pepper. Tomato. Flour. Laurel. Salt. Pepper to taste. Serrano ham. Garlic to taste Parsley to taste Hard-boiled egg.
Cover the snails with warm water in a saucepan. They should be simmering until the bugs come out, and then you have to turn the heat up a lot and let them die for a long hour, then remove all the water.
In a frying pan, now fry the chopped onion and the pepper, and when the onion is golden brown, then you add the tomato in pieces. Cook everything for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle this previous fried with flour. And now you can add paprika, bay leaf, salt and pepper as much or as little as you like.
After moving everything very well, it is the turn of the Serrano ham, all with the sauce, and then the garlic and parsley, which in this way comes out better than everything together.
Now add the sauce to the snails and cook it all a bit.
You can put the boiled egg now, if you want.
