Fried Eggs with Serrano Ham Andalusian
4 farm fresh eggs. 4 slices of Serrano ham. 8 fresh sausages from the butcher shop. 4 whole tomatoes from the garden. 4 artichokes. 1 bag of potato chips. 150 milliliters of olive oil.
In a kitchen pan with plenty of olive oil, add the fresh meat sausages from the butcher and fry them for three minutes on each side.
Then, in another kitchen pan, we fry the eggs and place them in a round kitchen dish.
Add the sausages well arranged on the platter, the chopped garden tomatoes, the artichokes cut in half and garnish everything with the French fries.
To serve it at our table we put an egg per person with the sausages, the tomatoes, the fried potatoes and a slice of Serrano ham.
